Registration on the day only: 10.30 am until 11:15.
Courses close at 13:30 and controls will start to be collected. Please report to Download even if you retire. You must still report to the finish and download even if you miss the cut-off time to avoid a search being instigated.

Safety: Care must be taken around the lakes and crossing roads. Competitors are responsible for their own personal safety and for assessing their own abilities to complete the course. Please note that competitors aged 16 and under can only compete on courses 6&7 due to road crossings.

Timing: The event will use Sportident electronic punching. Both SI contactless and contact punching is possible. If you do not have a Sportident card, you can hire one at Registration. Contact SI cards are £1 for Adults, free for Juniors & Students to hire. Contactless SI cards are also available to hire at £2 each on a first come first served basis due to limited numbers.
Start Times: Mass Start at 11:30 for courses 1-5 and 11:35 for courses 6 & 7. The start and finish are within 100m from assembly
Toilets: There are toilets in the car park.
Refreshments: Café should be open subject to severe weather conditions.
Parking: Pavilion Gardens car park. Pay and display £1.80 for 2 hours, £3.20 for 4 hours. Or free Burlington Road.
Dogs: Dogs are not allowed on courses, they are permitted in car park/assembly but must be on a lead and any mess removed.
